Announce / Seeding
What is “announce”?
Your client periodically reports your download/upload/seeding status to the tracker. This is called announce.
Common issues
1) client not allowed
Your client is not allowed (often a modified build). Please switch to an allowed official client.
2) No upload/download stats
Usually the client failed to announce or your passkey is invalid. Try:
- Re-download the torrent (to ensure a valid passkey)
- Check tracker connectivity and client settings
